Inspiron 17r 5737 Graphics Driver Issues Windows 10 !!!!!!

Hi. I have the same problem as spectre1989 in  21 May 2014 7:47 but my issue is with Windows 10 not 8.1 so i think this drivers want work.

My Inspiron 17R is having serious problems with graphics drivers. I'm running Windows 8.1. With the driver from Dell's website, it just won't switch to the AMD graphics card, any game I try it with has terrible performance. >>

There are 12 results for Intel but there is no result for AMD. Theres only info that  for AMD HD 8870M PCI Express is accepted ??

I instal many drivers old and new and the results are the same all the time - only Intel HD 4400 is working. Same thing is showing Amd System Monitor.

Catalyst settings are ofcourse all High Performance.

Please someone help me with this couse im so angry !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
